First Login

This page walks you through signing in to the two main interfaces for the first time: the Cloud Services Portal (for management) and OpenStack Horizon (for raw infrastructure access).

Credentials

You should have received your login credentials from your Enterprise Partner or our support team. If you don't have them yet, contact support before continuing.

Cloud Services Portal

The Cloud Services Portal is where you manage projects, clients, users, S3 storage, backups, and usage.

  1. Open the Cloud Services Portal in your browser.

  2. Select your Identity Provider (your Enterprise Partner's realm) and sign in with the credentials you received.

  3. On first login, you will be prompted to change your password.
  4. Next, set up two-factor authentication (TOTP) using an authenticator app on your smartphone — scan the QR code and enter the generated code.
  5. After signing in, review your assigned projects and clients from the dashboard.

User menu

The User menu (top right) lets you change your password, generate API keys, and review portal notifications.

SSO logout

A successful login authenticates you for all registered cloud services (SSO). Always click Logout in the user menu when you're done — simply closing the tab is not enough.

OpenStack Horizon

OpenStack Horizon is the raw OpenStack web UI. Use it to manage virtual machines, networks, images, and other infrastructure resources directly.

  1. Open OpenStack Horizon in your browser.

  2. Select your project and region at the top left.

  3. Sign in with your OpenStack credentials.

Credentials for the CLI

To use the OpenStack command-line client you need an application credential or a credential file. See how to export your credentials.
